Our Commitment

Fade ’Em All Barber Academy, Inc. (“the Academy”) is committed to making feabarberacademy.com usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Future students, licensed barbers and Student Clinic guests should all be able to learn about our programs, book a tour and apply without barriers.

Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, speech, cognitive or learning disabilities.

What We Have Done

• Every page has a clear heading structure, a “Skip to main content” link and a visible focus outline, so the site can be used with a keyboard alone.
• Meaningful images have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Pages can be zoomed on any phone, tablet or computer.
• Text, links and buttons are checked for color contrast.
• The background video on the home page has no sound and can be stopped with its Pause button. It does not play for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
• We test the site with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find.

Third-Party Tools

Some features on this site come from other companies: tour booking (GoHighLevel), Student Clinic booking (Booksy), the map on our Contact page (Google Maps) and the Student Portal. We do not control how accessible those tools are. If any of them gives you trouble, call us at 904-684-3233 and we will book your tour or appointment, or help you apply, by phone.

Accommodations for Applicants and Students

Applicants and students with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations for admissions, classes, practical training and exams. To make a request, contact the Academy by phone or in person. Requests are handled individually and kept confidential.
